ChatGPT is operated by OpenAI, a company based in the United States.
Any data processed through this tool may be stored on servers located in the United States. OpenAI adheres to GDPR requirements for data transfers by implementing Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

We use secure document editing tools (such as Designrr) to draft personalized educational plans based on the information you provide. These tools may temporarily store content during the design or delivery process. Data is handled confidentially and is not shared outside our organization.

These tools are used exclusively by us to assist with internal processes. Data is not shared with third parties beyond the service providers named, and access to your data by these providers is strictly limited to the purpose of processing on our behalf, under strict confidentiality terms.
